Position Summary:
The Sr. Manager, Claims & Reimbursement Analytics develops and delivers Payor, Site of Care and Payor Reimbursement reporting and business insights, with a strong focus on the Market Access teams through custom, data-driven analytical projects. This position will be instrumental in the development and ongoing tracking of management level reports, insights generation, and ad hoc requests.
Responsibilities:

• Support cross-brands initiatives to build and implement management level reporting/KPIs tracking. Requires expertise in manipulation of large data sets using software such as Microsoft SQL Server.
• Utilize various data sources including IQvia OneKey, Komodo, Veeva CRM, IQvia claims and remit datasets, sales, internal patient HUB etc. to identify areas of strength and weakness for various internal teams including market access and patient services teams
• Partner with data government and data management team to continuing to refine SOC database and ensure it is up-to-date with latest account affiliations
• Execute payor strategy/KPIs by developing automated reports and generating insights for the Market Access Marketing team
• Interface with and support the Market Access teams with data requests and insights
• Create reports and dashboards; KPIs tracking
• Integrate reimbursement analytics into the broader business discussions
• Utilize reimbursement claims datasets to inform range of reimbursement across payors and infusion facilities (Site of Care)
  Qualifications and Skills Required:
  
  • BA/BS required (Masters preferred in technical or analytical sciences)
  • 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry or in business analytics consulting including experience in Analytics, Strategy, Business Intelligence and/or Sales/Patient/Managed Markets Analytics
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data management and data platforms (such as Microsoft SQL Server), statistical modeling packages (such as SAS, R and/or Python) and general office productivity software (such as Microsoft Office)
  • Experience in at least one of three visualization tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI or Powerpoint ThinkCell
  • Payor medical benefit designs (claims data experience)
  • Demonstrated success developing and presenting solutions to complex business situations leveraging novel recommendations supported with thorough analytics
  • Highly proficient analytical and software skills aimed at data analysis
  • Proficient in the use and interpretation of pharmaceutical data including Veeva, Rx, physician and claims level data sets preferred
