Business Development Organization shapes and drives an integrated
growth strategy across EY's largest accounts, industry sectors,
solutions and services, while demonstrating and achieving market
leadership through a client centric culture. -The opportunityAs an
Alliances Business Development Executive Assistant Director, you'll
be influential in driving the pursuit of new business, maintaining
existing business and developing relationships at our Alliance
partners. EY is continuing to grow our Alliance capabilities. We
are seeing over 300% growth rates and growing, but we need
qualified business development individuals to support our
tremendous opportunities. You'll be a market facing, subject matter
expert focused on the Alliance business development strategy,
deployment and managing the strategic relationship with our
Alliance partner. You'll be identifying opportunities directly with
clients to grow the joint alliance. -Your key responsibilitiesAs an
Alliances Business Development Executive Assistant Director, you'll
be responsible for leading the Alliance business development
activity by delivering against defined sales goals, pipeline and
revenue targets. You'll build relationships with top priority
clients for alliance targeting and drive revenue directly in the
market. You'll be the subject matter expert on the alliance
program, executing education and awareness campaigns internally
with EY colleagues and at the alliance leadership level across all
sectors and service lines. You'll manage the alliance company
stakeholders by driving innovation for solution co-development and
strategy with the alliance. Approximately 80% of your time will be
externally focused, actively engaging with your client(s).
Additional time will be spent on strategy and management
initiatives. -Skills and attributes for successYou'll need to
thrive in a matrixed organization, balancing the needs of the
client against business initiatives and goals. Your ability to
develop and build networks will be instrumental in connecting with
colleagues across the leadership team and service lines to drive a
coordinated market effort. Possessing natural coaching skills,
you'll inspire others with your actions in the market. You'll be a
trusted advisor to the Alliance partner and the account team,
acting in a consultative manner. You'll be the catalyst that pulls
stakeholders together to drive strategic initiatives and enable
revenue growth. -To qualify for the role you must have8+ years of
business development experience in the professional services and
solutions -A proven record of selling complex digital, technology
and/or managed services solutions to the "C" level of mid to large
companiesSpecific Alliance experience required (preferably an end
to end understanding of the BY offering). -Outstanding client
management and relationship skills, strong executive presence and
influencing skillsSolid understanding of the marketplace/industry,
competitive intel and account informationStrong knowledge of
current and emerging sales tools, methodologies and go-to-market
models including social mediaStrong sector or technical content
expertise -Strong ability to handle and resolve conflictA
University/Bachelor's Degree -Ideally, you'll also haveTeam selling

thinking with distinct points of view. -What we offerWe offer a
comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be
rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you
bring to the business. - The salary range for this job in most
geographic locations in the US is $132,100 to $239,700. The salary
range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California
(excluding Sacramento) is $158,500 to $272,400. - Individual
salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety
of factors including but not limited to education, experience,
knowledge, skills, and geography. - In addition, our Total Rewards
package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k)
plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our
flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you
need based on your own personal circumstances. You'll also be
granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer
