Kforce has a client in Schiller Park, IL that is seeking an Oracle Manager, Finance.

Overview:
The Manager, Oracle (Finance) is an authority on oracle accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and general ledger systems and process, as well as related systems. You will be actively partnering with the finance teams. This position will be responsible for exercising creativity, independent judgment, and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design and implement complex business solutions to meet the company's financial system needs. The Manager, Oracle (Finance) will report to the Director, Oracle.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Analysis and Documentation:

Oracle Manager, Finance will evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent repeated future problems
Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders regarding the status of current issues, in-flight projects and future requirements related to Oracle AR, AP, and GL
Collaborate with internal customers, including Finance, Procurement, and field operations, to identify and maximize opportunities to improve product, service, and business processes within the AR/AP/GL/FA areas
Conduct interviews to gather user requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods
Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements, enhancements, and issues
As a Oracle Manager, Finance, you will review, analyze, and create detailed documentation of user needs and business systems, including workflow, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify business processes
Assist in the development process for all approved versions of business and functional specifications in the AR/AP/GL/FA areas
Quality Assurance
Project Management
People Development: Lead and manage the productivity and output of on-shore/off-shore Oracle consultants
