As a Permanent Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and be a part of a rapidly growing company.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to understand customer needs and provide solutions
  • Travel to customer sites to develop relationships and close sales
  • Provide sales training to team members and help them achieve their targets
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with customers
  • Use Microsoft Office tools to manage customer information and sales dataQualifications:
    • 3+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing sales
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
    • Ability to travel to customer sites and build relationships
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience providing sales training to team members
