We are looking for Manager, Account Executives, Americas to join our team.
ABOUT THE -ROLE:
As part of a Americas Sales team, you will plan, fuel and deliver double digit revenue growth year on year through outstanding leadership, recruitment, coaching & development, brilliant Account Management and a focus on replicable success for best practice.. -
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: - -


  • ---To develop, plan and implement sales strategies and activities to exceed sales targets for new and existing business, always seeking growth


    • To lead and manage sales professionals in the assigned territories and be responsible for the recruitment, training, appraisal, motivations and job performance of those individuals
    • To design sales campaigns and other activities to exceed allocated sales targets across the assigned territory, and to hold internal meetings with a cadence to allow analysis of the sales activities and check the productivity and effectiveness of each reporting salesperson
    • To ensure that each salesperson is appropriately trained in soft skills and in product knowledge to allow a wide-ranging portfolio of products and services to be placed in the territory
    • To make frequent client calls side by side with sales staff to help close business, monitor the salesperson's development (giving advice and guidance) and ensure that propositions are valuable to the client and fit for purpose, as well as ensuring that customer satisfaction remains at the highest level
    • To take responsibility for, and manage key stakeholder relationships including other Senior Manager, Product Managers, Operations, Finance, People & Culture and others
    • To maintain and develop OAG's corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company's brands via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management as well as participating in marketing activities
    • To plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities
    • To prepare regular forecasts against sales in the territory and to monitor and manage changes to the forecast to ensure that the pipeline of activity is always enough to exceed target(s)
    • To manage relevant and timely reporting of management and financial information for the sales and marketing departments
    • To maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems
