Job Description:

As the Manager - Product Management (IT/Digital Commercialization & Enablement), you will support all IT/Digital Products and Omnichannel. You will focus on guiding digital products, solutions, and enhancements from the point of intake, through development, market delivery and beyond. You will work closely with internal & external support teams and stakeholders; and partner to assess opportunities and build strategies that will ensure both successful delivery and adoption. You will help ensure the execution tactics of those strategies with the assistance of other organizational departments.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various Marketing, Organizational Change Management, Sales Alliance partners and others to develop and deliver communications, trainings and campaigns focused on building internal and external adoption.
  
• Create and deliver various communications & instructional or marketing artifacts for both our internal and external audiences.
  
• Manages a team of product managers and business analysts, including team and individual performance management.
  
• Responsible for success of Product Management team and owns outcomes of product lifecycle for team.
  
• Responsible for scheduled reporting of product lifecycle metrics to Directors and Executives.
  
• Evaluate in-flight solutions for opportunities to implement continuous improvement enhancements aimed at growing revenue, improving customer experience and ensuring competitive advantage.
  
• Helping to establish and coordinate onboarding program (and other internal programs) with functional leaders, admins, L&D, HR, etc.
  
• Ability to support Voice of Customer (VOC) program development and organizational/product readiness assessment and reporting.
  
• Partners with product development and marketing teams to ensure that customer needs for each targeted segment are incorporated into product design, branding, and marketing approaches.
  
• Manages issues associated with product ordering, systems, tools, and inventory.
  
• Drives and develops material for multiple product or service launches including customer presentations, videos, podcasts, sales and training materials.
  
• Develops product campaign through target audience selection, preparing campaign initiatives, defining ROI metrics and campaign goals, creating launch toolbox to sales force and analyzing campaign progress.
  
• Identify meaningful metrics and interpret success to provide data driven recommendations to the organization.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's -Degree in business, technology, or project management concentrations or a related field is required
    
  • Master's -Degree in business, technology, or project management concentrations or a related field is preferred
    
  • 5-8 years demonstrated experience in an internal communications, sales enablement, or marketing related role
    
  • 5 years of managing teams of product management, business analysts, or other technology professionals is required; 7 years preferred
    
  • 5 years of managing product solution designs and product launch teams is required; 7 years preferred
    
  • 5 years of product management lifecycle management is required; 7 years preferred
    
  • 5 years of creating innovative product management programs and compelling messaging is required; 7 years preferred
    
  • Effective communication skills (written and oral)
    
  • Efficient multitasker with the ability to -handle multiple projects simultaneously
    
  • Effective at presenting to and working with individuals at all levels of an organization
    
  • This position can be remote from Florida with the option to work from a virtual home office.
    
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
