Position Description:The Technology Solutions Department (TS) is looking for an experienced Program and Project Manager (PM) to expand our project management capabilities across the TS Department and Firm as well as lead large scale and highly visible, high priority projects / programs.This is a hands-on role responsible for furthering the pragmatic project and governance processes to ensure we exceed our client's expectations with how we deliver high-value solutions to the Firm. There will be a focus on leading by example in support of maturing our governance processes, providing project management guidance to our TS Teams and business partners and holding teams accountable for their project activities and schedules. The PM is responsible for creating Microsoft project plans and / or leveraging Azure Dev Ops to track tasks, identify and track milestones and dependencies, manage risks / issues and communicate project status to all stakeholders. It is expected that the person in this role will have led large, complex projects, and / or multi-project programs with high visibility across multiple stakeholders and senior management. Because it is a very comprehensive role, it is also expected that the person in this role will coordinate work and influence outcomes across a variety of resources.The candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, an inquisitive nature, a passion for excellent service, the ability to self-start and be resourceful, and a strong understanding of technology. This is a client-facing role requiring communication with users at all levels, so exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.Responsibilities include: Quickly get up to speed on our project management standards and practices Actively manage projects utilizing best practices, techniques and standards throughout the entire project execution: Analyze and understand the data and application landscape and objectives of the projects Work closely with development teams and vendors to clarify requirements and to ensure application delivery meets all desired business specifications Develop comprehensive, detailed project plans either in Microsoft Project or Azure Dev Ops Meet with project team members to identify tasks and dependencies to build out a comprehensive plan and coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines and schedules Track Risks and Issues, ensuring they are assigned and resolved as appropriate Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information Organize work and focus the team on what needs to be accomplished and prioritized Be creative, flexible, "in the details and influential while managing all phases of a project to ensure successful outcomes Exhibit resourcefulness in proactively identifying and engaging available resources and subject matter experts in related areas to achieve your goals Build strong and productive relationships with key business stakeholders, sponsors, technology colleagues and technology Learn and understand the project business requirements / solutions to actively manage the work toward completion Confidently facilitate meetings with all levels of the organization including senior business stakeholders and senior management Ensure that all delivered solutions meet the highest quality standards and satisfy all specified business requirements, meet technical standards and adhere to robust data security requirements through rigorous validation and testing Demonstrate an ability to multitask and manage time and priorities under pressure and to meet deadlines Influence and advocate change as it pertains to this area of focus across Technology SolutionsCandidate Requirements Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of experience in a similar role Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Project, Agile methodologies, and Scrum processes High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio, Azure Dev Ops) Flexible and willing to adapt to meet the needs of the team Self-motivated, team oriented and able to multi-task Proactive self-starter with a positive can-do and 'no job too small', 'no one size fits all' attitude Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills across a variety of audiences Results-oriented with a high level of personal and team accountability Motivated by a fast paced, complex environment COVID vaccinations required, subject to applicable local, state and federal law#LI-JH1PDN-9937578f-a8b3-4d5c-bc45-0a151bcb75f5
