Hours 9:00am to 5:00pm (M-F) Hybrid - 3 days commute, 2 days on-line Visa Support No Relocation Covered Required Education --- Bachelor's degree Mechanical, Robotics, Automation, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or Business. Require Travel Language Requirements Japanese & English Description International factory automation's company is looking for Bilingual Associate Product Manager.--- Manage assigned product portfolios and become the product and application expert.--- Category ownership of the product line plan including new product/supplier selection, definition, procurement, launch, and sustaining maintenance of the product line.--- Ensure product competitiveness of current products through monitoring KPIs.--- Serve as the product expert on performance, functionality, pricing, packaging, merchandising, and value propositions to internal and external customers.--- Provide product-related assistance to other areas of the company as needed.--- Analyze and report on key financial metrics, develop product, pricing, and promotion strategy for the category. Requirements --- 2+ years of product management, sales or engineering experience.--- Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred, including knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment design.--- Proficiency in 3D CAD or equivalent, Excel, Word and Outlook; experience with SQL and Tableau is preferred.--- Technical and business acumen including the ability to understand merchandising methodologies and strategic planning principles that will drive profitability.--- The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
