Chicago, IL (Great commuter location)Our client is a 200+ bed, financially stable community hospital that is writing the next chapter for itself in a brand new facility currently under construction.They also have affiliations with Northwestern Medicine, University of Chicago Hospitals and University of Illinois Chicago in order to deliver their patients world class care and medicine.
They are searching for a leader for their busy Intensive Care Unit.
Position Purpose:Provides consultative, educational and resource services to the nursing staff and interdisciplinary team to enhance clinical performance and facilitate quality patient care outcomes. Assists in coordination of day-to-day operations.
What we are looking for:

• 
  
• Three years of ICU experience.
  
• BSN required; Master's degree preferred.
