Vice President, Finance Regular Full Time Director-Sr Mgmt Administration-Devon, Chicago, IL, US The Vice President, Finance is an integral part of the finance and executive leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, they collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer to ensure the organization's financial well-being and oversee a variety of financial responsibilities. They establish organizational standards, policies and procedures, and assures compliance finance, accounting, regulatory and reimbursement operations. They manage and protect the organization's assets, provide timely and accurate reports and statements, decision-support, information, and advice to Executive Leadership. They must lead with personal integrity, respect for individuals, commitment to excellence and active engagement in the health center movement on the local, state and national levels. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Must maintain and utilize knowledge of current trends and information in health care, including regulations and reimbursements, the health center movement, and financial planning and management in daily decision making and information sharing. Will evaluate the finance department structure, policies, procedures and organizational impact for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group, and provide opportunities for team members' professional growth.Required Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• At least seven years of non-profit and/or healthcare experience.
