Overview
DomiFi - Strategic Partnerships Engagement Manager will report to the Director of Strategic Partnership Engagement and manage strategy and execution plan for all strategic partnership activities aimed at growth of current and future DomiFi partners. The role focuses on planning and building long-lasting relationships with existing key accounts and partners. The Strategic Partnerships Engagement Manager will be responsible for maintaining consistent communication, serving as regular contact points for developing and maintaining business relationships, training, troubleshooting, and responding inquiries for existing partnerships across the organization.
Responsibilities


  • Work with cross functional teams and strategic partners to meet partnership goals and expectations.
  • Ongoing management of key partnership action plans while identifying new revenue generating opportunities.
  • Engage with local OEM, distributor and other partner representatives to maintain active market presence.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss partnership development action plans.
  • Lead bi-weekly partnership calls with specific strategic partners and their teams.
  • Attend, sponsor and participate in strategic partner events as necessary.
  • Partner with the dealer training team to deliver effective training, using instructor-led, electronic/web-based, and/or multimedia training methods and formats.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of support programs as directed by DomiFi leadership in support of dealer/partner network.
  • Recommend and/or implements innovative solutions, modifications and enhancements to partnership programs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements to build brand awareness and establish/grow strategic relationships.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and partner development, utilizing company CRM and procedures.
  • Coordinate and perform administrative functions necessary to schedule, coordinate travel, set up and deliver partner programs.
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience--- Minimum five (5) years of business to business sales experience required--- Demonstrated ability to set goals, prioritize responsibilities for individuals and larger team--- Strong verbal and written communication skills (charismatic and substantive speaking ability) in order to consult, coach, and present information.--- Must possess a propensity for relationship building in order to form and maintain relationships, with a focus on listening, and the ability to deliver effective training programs.--- Strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize and execute in a complex and changing environment. --- Must be able to facilitate and lead effective meetings for large audiences. --- Basic technical HVAC / Plumbing / Electrical terminology and equipment knowledge is favorable.--- Advanced analytical, business acumen, problem solving and critical thinking skills.--- Needs Assessment: Ability to interpret business and training needs in order to develop effective solutions.--- Working knowledge in developing, implementing, and evaluating training plans, curricula, and methodology--- Proficient in productivity tools including: Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams --- Ability to utilize company CRM tool, SalesForce --- Ability to present ideas in a clear, concise manner both in person and virtually.--- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.--- Moderate physical activity, including: lifting up to 60lbs and extended periods of walking and standing.--- Must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours a day.Average travel: 50% travel within geographic region (frequent overnight travel). Additional travel to conventions, strategic partner meetings and industry events may be required and include overnight stays.
