PCRK Group is hiring for a Full TimeGeneral Managerin Naperville, IL.We are seeking individuals to manage, coach, and lead our teams, who are friendly, outgoing, motivated, results-oriented, reliable, enthusiastic about our staffs' and clients' satisfaction, and who will display an overall initiative to continually meet or exceed company driven goals. We are currently looking for individuals who have management experience that can drive their location to lead the industry in world-class sales performance and customer service.

• Have significant experience in management
• Are Responsible for Client Memberships and retention
• Can manage multiple employees in diverse fields
• Have a successful track record in team building and retention
• Always displays a friendly, motivated, and sales driven attitude
• Experienced in P&L management Experience Requirements:
  • Strong experience in a sales management position (Required)
  • Retail management experience (Strongly Preferred)
