This role provides client relationship and business support by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, gathering/updating client data, generating reports and coordinating marketing activities. You will be responsible for responding to ad hoc requests, coordinating/tracking projects and assisting in daily business operations.Responsibilities:

• Schedule client and prospect appointments
• Greet clients upon arrival and extend hospitality to clients
• Prepare presentations and forms for appointments
• Manage client relationship management system
• Gather and update client information
• Generate client/business reports and track progress
• Coordinate marketing activities and promotions
• Provide general office support, including but not limited to correspondence and inventory management
• Assist team members on special projects and client deliverablesQualifications:
  • Strong organizational and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Direct attention to detail
  • Effective communication with clients and other advisors/staff
  • Effective and efficient time management
  • Polite and clear phone manner
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by advisor and Ameriprise
  • Ability to support and provide guidance for compliance within the advisor's practice
  • Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and growEducation and Other Designations:
    • College degree or higher
