Our client is currently seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager. This is a fully remote role with an exceptional Fortune 500 company!Responsibilities:Supervise and coach direct reportsEstablish day-to-day operational guidelines for maximum effectiveness and efficiencyResolve any issues with day-to-day Distribution Center activitiesProvide fiscal reports regarding needs of all Facility departments (capital budgeting)Build relationships with all employees and division leadersManage all Supply Chain initiatives in order to cut costs and increase productivityHave an thorough knowledge of operations and functions within the companyDrive results by developing, monitoring, and reporting key performance indicators for success within all aspects of manufacturing activitiesUphold safety standards to ensure a healthy work environmentWork effectively in an equal opportunity environment with a diverse work forceDevelop and sustain close customer relationships by making customers and their individual needs the primary focus of the organizationAbility to adapt to a changing global marketsRequirements:Bachelor s Degree required, graduate level degree preferredopen to 25%-50% domestic and international travel3+ years of global supply chain management experienceOperational Management and Leadership experienceProficient Microsoft Office and SAP ExperienceStrong Communication, Leadership and Interpersonal SkillsThorough Background within global Supply Chain strategies/initiatives
