-Senior Manager, Customer Excellence -serves as the voice of the
customer within Kraft Heinz and builds and maintains customer
partnerships. This position leads the development and execution of
mutually beneficial supply chain programs to achieve business
objectives and supply chain targets i.e., CFR, ORDD, DPS,
Utilization, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Primary Customer Excellence contact for NE GEO and SE GEO
customers
- Work across KHC Supply Chain functions to optimize service to
the customers
- Drive partnership with retailers to identify and implement
end-to-end lowest landed cost solutions
- Oversee the administration of the customer efficiency incentive
program to optimize mutually benefits for KHC and Customers
- Design and implement best practices with customers around
inventory optimization, service improvement while reducing
waste
- Develop transportation solutions with customers to balance cost
and service by leveraging delivered and customer pickup
solutions
- Connect with Sales to enable revenue growth through effective
service and delivery for promotions and new item launches
- Identify industry best practices in customer facing activities
as well as solutions and promote adoption at KHC
- Support daily and weekly routines across functions to review
key KPIs and develop actions as needed
- Partner with Customer Service to ensure customers' expectations
are known and metQualifications:
- BA/BS in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or
related field; MBA is a plus
- 5/7 years' work experience in Supply Chain across multiple
functions such as Customer Management, Transportation, Warehousing
and S&OP preferred
- Proficient in Excel and Power Point and prefer SAP/Tableau
experience
- Ability to demonstrate resiliency, a sense of urgency and
leadership/ownership and to quickly grasp complex supply chain
issues and drive them to solution
- Required proficiencies include decision making, business
acumen, communication, adaptability, time management, building
partnerships, and continuous improvement
- Proven track record of results in a multi-function facing
capacity
- Experience presenting to C-Suite executives
