Partner with department management teams on recruitment, employee relations and retention efforts to help support our growing North American company! Better together than apart. This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities

• Strategize with assigned department hiring teams on recruitment, workforce planning, development, compensation and overall people effectiveness.
• Coach managers and provide input on employee relations and performance management, ensuring the process and practices are consistent.
• Interpret and apply company HR policies, procedures and programs to provide solutions that balance business and employee needs.
• Monitor and foster employee development by helping identify needs and supporting training and learning initiatives. Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
  • 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Workday knowledge preferred.
  • Available for travel to Uline's North American locations. Benefits
