        Education, certifications and/or experience in Duck Creek policy, billing or claims.

        AICPCU Certifications - Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in Underwriting (AU), Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), Associate in Insurance (AINS) and Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)

        Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

        Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in managing system implementation and/or upgrade projects related to and/or leveraging Duck Creek Policy, Billing and/or Claims technologies.

        Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in insurance business applications such as:
        • Policy administration;
        • Claim management;
        • Customer billing;
        • Agency / customer portals;
        • Reinsurance;
        • Enterprise data warehouse; and,
        • Document management systems.
          Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in identifying and addressing client needs by:
          • Building collaborative and impactful relationships with clients;
          • Developing an awareness of Firm services;
          • Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner;
          • Delivering clear requests for information;
          • Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and,
          • Communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.
            Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or proven track record in property and casualty insurance such as:
            • Personal Lines;
            • Commercial Lines;
            • Direct and agency distribution channels;
            • Insurance contracts;
            • Product models;
            • Policy administration;
            • Claims;
            • Billing; and,
            • Advisory (ISO/NCCI/AAIS) agencies, regulatory and compliance agencies.
              Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team member by:
              • Understanding personal and team roles;
              • Contributing to a positive working environment by building collaborative relationships with team members;
              • Seeking guidance, clarification and feedback proactively; and,
              • Providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less experienced staff.

                • Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats including delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts;

                • Collaborating with business development teams responsible for writing and presenting proposals to prospective clients;
