manufacturing world.Job Overview: As Amper's Senior Revenue
Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our business
growth, playing a vital role in streamlining and enhancing the
effectiveness of our revenue-generating teams. This role demands a
strategic mindset and a hands-on approach, as you will be
responsible for refining sales and customer success processes,
implementing robust training programs, and extracting actionable
insights from data to drive continuous improvement. Your work will
directly impact our operational efficiency and success, making you
a key player in Amper's journey towards transforming the
manufacturing technology landscape.Key Responsibilities:
- Front-Line Enablement: Equip our revenue team with the tools
and processes they need, ensuring up-to-date collateral, optimized
CRM workflows, and reduced manual work.
- Organize Training: Lead the coordination of regular training
sessions, enhancing the skills and knowledge of our sales and
customer success teams.
- People Operations: Support our team's growth by assisting in
onboarding new employees and managing daily operations, including
commission plans and performance tracking.
- Reporting, Forecasting & Insights: Analyze data across sales
pipelines and customer journeys, providing insights into trends and
identifying operational bottlenecks.Qualifications:
- A detail-oriented mindset with strong follow-through.
- Proficiency in CRM and revenue management tools like
HubSpot.
- An analytical approach to data, with the ability to derive
insights and identify root causes.
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer success
processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for
collaborative and cross-functional work.
- At least 4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales
