Job Description Sr. Digital Marketing Manager - Chicago, IL or
Oakbrook, ILThe Sr Digital Manager will play a leadership role in
ADM's digital transformation, driving the planning, development and
activation of new digital strategies and capabilities with the goal
of increasing awareness of ADM's full pantry. Reporting to the
Global Digital Director, the Sr Digital Manager will closely
collaborate with the leaders of integrated marketing
communications, customer experience and market and consumer
insights. He/she will also work cross-functionally with key
Marketing business stakeholders, IT teams, digital transformation
business leaders and external agency partners across all regions
and B2B/B2C businesses.The ideal candidate has strong experience in
leadership, with a hands-on approach to educating and managing
cross-functional teams. You are an excellent communicator who can
gather information from multiple stakeholders to create a shared
digital vision to support our organizational goals. You are a
self-starter with the ability to pivot between leading the strategy
and driving the execution of digital plans.

internal talent as they go.
Responsibilities include:Leads paid search & SEO strategy,
reporting and optimizationLeads & implements website strategyLeads
& implements website migrationLiaises with IMC in support of
marketing campaign executionOversees & supports IMC campaign
digital updates/new pagesLeads & implements website testing &
optimization (AB, Multivariate, Usability Etc.), providing insights
and recommendationsLeads translation projects for ADM.comOptimizes
& develops website componentsKPI Dashboard owner Conversion Rate
Optimization outside of campaignsDashboard functioningReporting
cadenceSupports development of .com/digital guidelines/best
practicesDigital Agency MgtManages digital
budgetQualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital
communication, or a related field; MBA is preferred.7+ years of
experience developing results-oriented digital marketing
capabilities for a global organization, within global web agencies
and / or digital marketing consulting firmsExperience in working
with a global team is important, prior experience in B2B
is required; prior experience in the food and beverage industry is
a bonus.Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate
effectively and lead by influence at varying levels of the
organizationExperience in leading a blended team of internal,
external, and cross-functional stakeholdersSuperior strategic
thinking, problem solving and innovative mindset. Ability to
quickly adapt to changing environments related to the roleExcellent
educational and communication skills to train and empower
stakeholders at all levels of the organizationDemonstrated ability
to think strategically and convert strategy into plans and actions
that drive growthStrong interpersonal, verbal and written
communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leaders and
coaching and developing talents within the teamKey digital
skills:Must have:Experience in designing and managing SEO & SEM
Strategy for leading companies / organizations, with a minimum
budget of 50,000 USD per year.Experience in designing and managing
executive online dashboards to present KPIs and actionable
recommendations across digital touchpoints and paid media
touchpoints.Experience with Google Analytics and/or other Digital
Analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, SEM-Rush, Screaming-Frog,
etc.).Experience with Optimizely CMS (EpiServer) and/or other
Content Management Systems (WordPress, Drupal, Wix, etc.).Strong
plus:Google Analytics and Google Search Ads Certification.SEO
Certification by SEM-Rush, HubSpot, Google or other leading
institution in the space.Good technical understanding of Google
Search Ads (Quality Score, Ad Rank, etc.).Experience with Looker
Data Studio (Google Data Studio) and/or similar tools to build
dashboards (Tableau, PowerBi, etc.).Excited about this role but
