As our HR Manager, People Experience, you will help the Human
Resource Director provide operational and strategic leadership for
the People Experience function and work closely with the
associates, leaders, and HR colleagues.
Every day you will provide leadership and support to the HR Service
Center team which is accountable to ensuring associates, leaders,
and Human Resources team inquiries are accurately addressed in a
professional, timely manner. To thrive in this role, you must have
experience leading a team in a Human Resource service center
setting.
Here's what you will experience working as a HR Manager, People
Experience :
Manage and grow a service delivery framework that ensures
compassionate, accurate and timely delivery of HR processes,
knowledge and guidance to associates.
Develop, assess, and monitor all team practices to ensure
effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with applicable
legislation and internal HR policies.
Act as point of escalation to resolve complex and/or high-profile
issues and collaborate with related HR functions, HR Business
Leaders, Legal or third parties to research and resolve issues or
dispatch to the appropriate team.
Monitor metrics to measure success of team and identify patterns,
predict outcomes, and use information to shape programs/processes
that affect team strategy.
Develop strategy for improvements to technology, tools, and
processes used in the operation of the People Experience team.
Program development and management ofassociate records, I-9
maintenance/audit, unemployment claims and verification of
employment.
Required Skills:
Experience leading and growinga HR Service Center function
including development of metrics/SLAs and processoptimizationwith
an overall focus on experience and quality of service delivery.
Advanced knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations that
influence HR.
Strong project management skills with the ability to thrive in a
hands-on fast-pacedenvironment.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $67,061.41 -
$106,374.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level,
location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or
training.
