In the Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics role, you will act as a strategic business partner providing consumer insights. You will have the opportunity to drive insights and strategy . We are looking for top talent in either the Chicago, IL or Battle Creek, MI areas.

  • Collaboration is Key - Let's work together! You will align with the cross-functional team across Marketing, Sales, and R&D. Together you will shape priorities and develop an insights learning plan to support goals.
  • Analytics Drive Actions - What's the trend? You will use consumer insights to identify trends and create a compelling case for prioritizing projects. Drive organizational adoption of actionable items by bringing our consumers to life.
  • Strategic Thought Leadership - Identifying white space opportunities ripe for innovation you will analyze market data and assess evolving consumer trends. You will develop the business case supporting how Kellanova has the right to win as part of your recommendation. Show us your ability to be resourceful, strategic, creative, and analytical! Bring your fresh ideas and demonstrate your depth of knowledge in marketing, business, and consumer to create a vision for new opportunities. You'll lead us toward success thanks to your ability to thrive in the trenches or in front of leadership.
  • Consumer-First Solutions - You will showcase your consumer empathy and understanding through identification of relevant needs to address and benefits to provide. In partnership with Marketing, you will lead consumer research on targeting and opportunity validation.
  • Top-notch Tools - You will partner with key vendors to continually refine and improve our consumer discovery solutions. Working with segmentation tools you will identify core consumer needs and develop a portfolio map to allocate roles within the category.
    We're Looking for Someone With
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. M.B.A. or Masters Degree preferred.
    • 5+ years' experience and demonstrated strength in marketing research competencies, including qualitative/quantitative primary research and syndicated data (scan & panel, trend reports)
    • Substantial experience in a range of innovation/product development and marketing communication strategy
    • Ability to influence and collaborate with executive-level leaders, both by formal and informal communications and presentations
    • Ability to manage multiple and conflicting agendas
    • Proficiency working in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry What's Next
