Job Description:

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure quality resources are provided based on requirements and needs through retention reporting and skill set analysis
Develop and implement new strategies to gain a competitive advantage in the market
Manage staffing supplier management program support team and oversee internal vendor-managed service program

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, business administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruiting and/or HR
Minimum 2 years recruiting experience in technology
Minimum 2 years with ATS, preferably JobDiva
Proficiency with Workday and the MS Office Suite
