to join our Federal Advisory practice.Responsibilities:
- Lead client-facing workforce transformation workstreams to
support clients in the following areas: talent development, talent
performance, workforce design and architecture, and workforce
analytics
- Manage cross functional teams to deliver excellent client
service, including stakeholders management, meeting / workshop
facilitation, deliverable creation, and project / financial
management
- Drive the creation and advancement of thought leadership,
internal and external tools and resources, and training for
workforce transformation efforts
- Development and implement organizational design / assessment
strategies
- Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies
and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers, and
methodology guides
- Participate in business development efforts by identifying new
opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client
outreachQualifications:
- A minimum of five years of relevant work experience related to
Human Capital (organizational design / assessments)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
required; advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational
Development or related field preferred
- Experience designing / leading business transformation
initiatives on deep understanding of business processes, project
management methodologies, and leading practices in the human
capital space
- Experience developing / implementing organization assessments
and methodologies
- Prior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project
or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing
deadlines, and lead conversations and create stakeholder engagement
with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy
- Experience mentoring or managing employees including annual
goal setting, performance reviews, and discussing career
development opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability
to establish rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ability to travel to support firm engagements as requires
- U.S. citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal government
