Bathing Brands is a national leader in the distribution, installation, and maintenance of steam and sauna bathing environments, serving health-conscious clients for over 55 years. The growing awareness surrounding the benefits of sauna and steam has the Health and Wellness market craving new and innovative products. We now seek an experienced Product Manager to learn our trade and help satisfy this demand. As our Product Manager, you will be passionate about creating products that our customers love. You will join a team with a dynamic culture and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that produce a strong ecosystem for our customers, vendors, and teammates. Please note, this is an on-site position with potential for some hybrid work in the future.Product Manager Responsibilities

• Drive product debuts working with all stakeholders to ensure a successful launch.
• Create buy-in for the product vision with all stakeholders.
• Refine and maintain a product release process.
• Act as the product evangelist to build awareness, adoption, and support for products.
• Prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategy.
• Represent the company by visiting customers and vendors to solicit and share feedback on products and services.
• Identify and fill gaps and generate new ideas that increase market share, improve the customer experience, and gain efficiencies in delivering products to market.Requirements and Skills
  • 5+ years of proven work experience in a product management role.
  • Solid technical background with an understanding of or hands-on experience in wellness-focused consumer products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job done.
  • Skilled at working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
