Job Summary of Director of Business Development / Sales: The Director of Business Development will take the necessary action to attain sales objectives and grow UMS business within a defined region. This will include all current urology service lines; shockwave lithotripsy (ESWL), laser lithotripsy (URS), and MR fusion biopsy service. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a team oriented, fast paced environment.Qualifications/Skills of Director of Business Development / Sales: --- BA/BS in a related field of study with at least 5 years of successful sales experience in medical devices, medical products, or medical mobile services business with special emphasis in Urology, --- Mobile medical lithotripsy, urology or laser experience preferred --- Energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity --- Excellent written and verbal communication skills --- Must demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making ability --- Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies along with tracking market trend information --- Knowledge of hospital purchasing and decision-making procedures . Strong experience in sales with experience with joint ventures and partnership's structure--- Must be able to travel and maintain an active field schedule Special Work Requirements of Director of Business Development / Sales: Position requires 50-75% travelBenefits:
