• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, particularly in the hotel and banquet industry. Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of the daily operations, including staff training, kitchen management, cash handling, and bar operations
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through effective management of catering services and casual dining areas
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and vendor management
• Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment
• Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient order processing and reporting
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
• Lead a team to deliver outstanding service while maintaining a positive work environment Experience
• Proven experience in a General Manager role within the hospitality industry
• Strong background in banquet operations and catering services
• Knowledge of Aloha POS system is preferred
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
