We're excited to recruit for a newly created Customer Success Manager position in our Chicago office. This role is key to deepening engagement with our growing global QSR customer base and delivering exceptional outcomes across every stage of the customer lifecycle.As a Customer Success Manager at LIFELENZ, you will be a strategic partner, relationship builder, and advocate-helping clients realize value while shaping the future of our platform in a rapidly evolving market.Key responsibilities included but are not limited to the following:

  • Identify and target potential Customers including franchisee groups, corporate field offices, and QSR industry partners-building trust and driving long-term success.
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies that support adoption, retention, expansion, and value realization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams to align solutions with evolving customer needs.
  • Track and report on key customer metrics, identifying usage trends and proactively minimizing churn.
  • Lead regular check-ins, strategic reviews, and joint business planning to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities within existing customer accounts and influence upsell/expansion conversations.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, customer feedback, and product updates-serving as the voice of the customer internally.
  • Support customer onboarding and implementation teams to ensure smooth transitions and strong early engagement.
  • As expansion occurs into the assigned Brands, manage roll-out and ongoing maintenance of Customers, including regularly scheduled meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
    What You Bring:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven success in customer success, account management, or strategic partnerships-ideally in a SaaS or tech company.
    • Strong familiarity with the QSR industry (or similar operationally intensive verticals).
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align solutions to business outcomes.
    • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, agile environment.
    • Confident navigating ambiguity and balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to engage with customers and attend industry events.
