arrangements.Department OverviewThe Strategy & Planning team within
US Strategic Insights & Prioritization acts as internal strategy
consultants, providing thought leadership and actionable insights
to support major strategic growth initiatives, across pillars such
as Marketing, Digital and People. We use a combination of consumer,
and internal data to understand and communicate industry trends as
well as our own performance to our key partners. We generate
insights to find opportunities to prioritize and optimize our
initiatives. We help bring both tactical and long-term strategies
to life across our network of over 14,000 US
restaurants.ResponsibilitiesThe Strategy & Planning team guides and
supports growth-oriented priorities. This includes defining the
3-year and 1-year strategies for the US business, identifying
sources of future growth along with risks, and providing business
analysis.In the US Strategy Manager role, you will contribute to
these priorities through the following ways:
- Collaborate with Strategy team, SLT, and growth driver leads to
facilitate strategic planning process
- Lead and shape US strategic priorities thorough collaboration
and elevation of strategic discussions throughout the system
- Lead strategic deep dives initiated by the US Senior Leadership
Team
- Develop executive-level communications regarding the outlook of
the industry, competitive intelligence, and US business
- Partner with Business Performance teams to align on narratives,
financial impact of strategy and effect of changing business
conditions
- Work with Prioritization team to ensure initiatives are
resourced to support the strategyQualifications
- 4+ years of experience in strategy, insights, management
consulting or marketing
- Proven communication skills with experience effectively
developing narratives and communicating to various levels of
leadership
- Experience leading and influencing large cross-functional teams
and operating in a team-based environment
- Strong project management skills, self-motivated with the
ability to establish and meet deadlines while prioritizing
workload
- Strategic, enterprise mindset: Able to use an organized
approach to think across multiple functions and utilize business
knowledge, inputs from various stakeholders, data and logic to
develop recommendations
- Strong quantitative, analysis and problem-solving skills: Can
solve complex problems using data analysis, financial models,
business trend analysis and evaluation of initiatives
- Excellent communicator: Ability to develop and deliver clear
narratives about complex topics that can be catered to different
audiences
- Collaborative and Influential: Open to others' point of view
and able to engage with others, within teams, across functions and
across levels to drive results
- Intellectually curious: Interested in digging into questions
and problems affecting the business to identify insights that will
drive growth
- Comfortable with ambiguity: Able to take large, opaque
questions and focus analysis and recommendations on most relevant

Range:$112,860.00 -$143,900.00The above represents the expected
salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining
your pay, we may also consider your experience, and other
job-related factors.Additional Information:Benefits eligible: This
