Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spanish
Freelance Interpreter to join our team, specializing in providing
language services for the Cook County Courts as well as The City of
Chicago. The ideal candidate will be proficient in simultaneous
and/or consecutive interpretation. Responsibilities: - Provide
high-quality Spanish interpretation services while listening in
English and repeating in Spanish. - Conduct simultaneous and/or
consecutive interpretation as needed during courts or cit town hall
meetings. Qualifications: - Fluent in Spanish and English. - Proven
experience as a freelance interpreter, with a minimum of 1 year of
relevant experience. Candidates with 2 years of experience or a
certification will be offered a premium rate. - Part time OR full
time roles available Transportation: Prefer hiring someone with a
car who can do multiple cases per day/or to work every day but will
look at interpreters who take public transportation. How to apply?
