Sr. Director/VP, Field Experience Job Duties: The Sr. Director/VP, Field Experience is a leader, who develops strategy for field experience (FE) and EHR (e-health records) that delivers business impact and meaningful customer engagement. The Sr. Director/VP, Field Experience is focused on driving new business opportunities and organic growth, while ensuring flawless execution. As a subject matter expert, he/she will be seen by others as a thought leader, staying ahead of industry trends pertinent to field experience and EHR. Responsibilities: Proactively identify opportunities to position FE and EHR capabilities to help address client business needs Define strategy and approach based on client needs in support of new business opportunities and organic growth Provide strategic guidance upon execution of new offerings and capabilities Utilize customer and marketing trends and benchmarks to enhance field experience and EHR capabilities Evaluate, prioritize and facilitate new innovations, partnerships, certifications, press releases, etc. (i.e. Veeva, Salesforce, Cerner) Develop proof of concepts and mock-ups in collaboration with Innovation and Enterprise teams to sell new ideas and capabilities Strong partnership and collaboration with Account leads to initiate and maintain solid client relationships; and with Innovation, and Enterprise groups to drive change, ensure differentiators in the space Develop case studies, POVs, and business cases Lead the Field Experience Council and socialize offerings across all offices and functions Efforts will be measured by revenue, growth and client satisfaction Reports to the SVP of Marketing Intelligence (within Customer Experience and Analytics area) Critical Skills: Leadership: Ability to lead cross functional teams across locations to meet goals Expertise: Pharma/Healthcare industry Application: Applying the knowledge of the patient, healthcare professional and payer Understanding: Pharmaceutical marketing & sales experience as well as vendor landscape Storytelling: Competency to present/pitch ideas in a clear & concise manner Sr. Director/VP, Field Experience Role Requires: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or similar Master’s degree preferable Up to 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical multi-channel roles 3 years or more in a leadership position driving business goals (ex. Revenue) Understanding of pharmaceutical industry data landscape (Patient, HCP, etc) Experience developing & successfully selling business cases, ideas and/or innovation Both agency & client-side experience preferred Ability to manage timelines independently, prioritize accordingly and meet deadlines Drive performance through collaboration Excellent verbal, written communication and public speaking skills
