MD/OD Multi-specialty ophthalmology practice is interested in adding a medical retina specialist to replace a retiring partner in the practice. The new associate will be able to assume the practice of the current partner which is very robust and will elicit a full clinical schedule. If the new associate wanted to do cataract surgery, the practice is open to allowing that. A great deal of autonomy will be offered the new associate in regard to the types of patients they would like to see. The partners are all equal share partners and looking for someone interested in partnership. The work environment is very collegial and offers the current partners a great lifestyle. Call will be shared equally amongst all of the partners and new associate.
