We Are Hiring:Sign-On Bonus Available: This role is eligible for a $5k or $10k sign-on bonus (depending on experience level), provided you successfully complete all pre-employment requirements subject to the terms and conditions of the offer. Nurses with 7-23 months of Tele RN experience will receive $5k and nurses with 2+ years of experience will receive $10k. New grads will be added to New Grad Residency Program and receive a $2500 sign-on bonus. Current and Former associates of six months or less are not eligible.

• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.

• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.What You Will Need:Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Education:
