IF REMEDIATION IS NEEDED CANDIDATE WILL NEED TO RETURN TO FACILTY THE NEXT DAY. IF TESTING NOT PASSED AFTER ONE TIME REMEDIATION,OFFER WILL BE RESCINDED.-----------PLEASE FRESHEN UP USING YOUR CALIPERS FOR STRIP MEASUREMENTS.STANDARD MEDICATION EXAM WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED.---MAY HAVE TO FLOAT TO OTHER IMCU UNITS.NO BLOCK OR SELF SCHEDULING WILL BE CONSIDERED.---MUST BE PROFICIENT IN EPIC EMAR SYSTEM.NO PENDING LICENSURE WILL BE CONSIDERED.------MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE AND AN ACTIVE INDIANA LICENSE. The shifts are 7A-7:30P with every other weekend and 7p-7:30A-- Current RN Indiana License unencumbered-NO PENDING LICENSE WILL BE CONSIDERED -- MUST BE PROFICIENT IN EPIC EMAR CHARTING -- MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS PLUS----IMCU-----ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE -- MUST HAVE PREVIOUS TRAVEL ASSIGNMENT EXPERIENCE IN AN ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL SETTING -- MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT TO ANY IMMEDIATE CARE UNIT WITHIN THE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL -- MUST HAVE DOCUMENTATION OF FLU SHOT FOR THIS CURRENT SEASON -- ROYAL BLUE SCRUBS ARE MANDATORY-NO EXCESSIVE JEWELRY OR ACRYLIC OR ARTIFICIAL NAILS AND TATTOOS AND BODY ART ARE TO REMAIN AS COVERED AS POSSIBLE -- CURRENT CPR/ACLS REQUIRED ---- PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT ANY PROFILES WITH EXPIRED CREDENTIALS-- AS THEY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED!Oloop Technology Job ID #228502.
