Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Health Care Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health-related issues.
Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to patients and their families on health-related issues
• Assist patients in navigating the healthcare system and accessing appropriate resources
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Educate patients on disease management and prevention
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• $85,000 - $95,000 per year
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
• Continuously update knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and insurance policies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in patient counseling, case management or healthcare coordination is a plus
