Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine Hospitalist in a PRN role to cover traditional hospitalist program needs, to meet the growing demand of in our Hospitalist Program in IL. We are a busy, community-based teaching hospital. Ideal candidates are Internal Medicine physicians who want to be a part of the Hospitalist Program in Olympia Fields, IL, as a Teaching Hospitalist. Faculty positions will require a minimum of three years experience with a strong focus on clinical excellence and primary teaching functions. Teach in a community hospital setting with no publishing requirements. PRN Shift Schedule: 7:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m. Inpatient volume: patients per day as subject to GME caps typical night admissions ACLS/BLS required Strong collegial support from specialists Epic electronic health record (scored above the 90th percentile for Provider satisfaction for the inpatient Epic system) 12 Fellowship/Residency Programs at hospital in addition to IM A Capital investment of $170 million campus renovation of the hospital 214 beds, support from major specialties and sub-specialties Closed 31 bed ICU We have assembled an unmatched team of accomplished physicians to provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages across a broad spectrum of specialties and disciplines.
