Cross Country Locums is seeking an Urgent Care/Occupational
Medicine physician to provide coverage for a facility near Chicago,
Illinois . Please review the details below:Dates of Coverage:
2/27/23-7/28/23Schedule: Mon-Fri 1p-10pm No Weekends, No callPay
Rate: $130/hr plus travel, mileage, and malpractice.Scope of Work:
Outpatient clinic. Diagnose and treat work-related injuries,
perform pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance
physical examinations for varied private companies and governmental
agencies. Evaluate and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in
basisRequirements:Active, unrestricted IL license, DEA, BLS, Proof
