The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients in their homes. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.Responsibilities:
  • Administering medications and treatments prescribed by physicians
  • Monitoring patients' vital signs and symptoms
  • Assisting patients with daily living activities
  • Educating patients and their families on their care plan and self-care techniques
  • Developing and implementing care plans based on patient needs
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper patient care
  • Documenting patient care and progress in medical records
  • Adhering to all policies, procedures, and regulations related to home healthcareQualifications:
    • Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid Illinois license
    • Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in home health nursing or a related field
    • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
    • Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
    • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks related to patient care
