join our team of highly skilled clinicians. Our staff of
Psychiatrists, Physician Assistants and Psychotherapists offer the
latest medication and therapy treatment, as we help guide our
clients towards mental wellness.Clarity offers administrative,
billing and marketing support so that our clinicians have a
consistent caseload, ensuring our providers are focused on their
greatest priority...helping their clients move forward in life!We
are partnered with the following In-Network payer partners to
ensure you have access to an array of populations, to help you
build your caseload: Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO,
United Healthcare and we also accept self-pay clients.In this role,
you will:Manage a caseload of a minimum of 24+ clinical hours per
week (20 client sessions plus supervision of up to 4
supervisees).Manage an individual caseload of a minimum of 24
clinical hours per week.Provide weekly supervision to a maximum of
four (4) supervisees and support supervisees in facilitating and
documenting proper assessments, recommendations, and referrals, if
needed.Review and sign supervisees notes ensuring proper
documentation and billing is facilitated.Approve biweekly clinical
hours recorded by therapy team, time off requests, and other
requests that may be submitted.Follow IDFPR guidelines for
supervision requirements and maintain clinical supervisor training
requirements for licensure.Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of
mental health conditions through individual, couples, family,
and/or group therapy that is evidence-based and clinically
appropriate.Participate in CEU and Didactic training program to
facilitate growth and mastery of skill set in an identified area of
specialty.Participate in supplemental services and program
development opportunities in the clinic, including but not limited
to group therapy, blog writing, additional training
opportunities.Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team that
includes psychiatrists, physician assistants, social workers,
professional counselors, and other mental health
professionals.Manage and organize individual schedule utilizing
electronic scheduler provided.Attend and participate in
individual/group supervision and all required department
meetings.Perks and Benefits:Compensation: $60-$65/per hour
commensurate to years of experience & licensure.Full Time (24+
attended sessions is required). Part time is optional.401k match up
to 4%.$500.00 CME/Professional development stipend to help cover
licensure renewal fees & CE courses.10 days of accrued PTO, plus 5
accrued sick/wellness days.2 days (16 hours) of paid training

internal promotion.Qualifications & Minimum Requirements:A minimum
of 2 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting
preferred.License to practice independently in the state of
Ilinois: LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhDMasters degree or higher in
areas of Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work,
or Marriage and Family TherapyExperience with any/all the following
treatment modalities and programs is beneficial:Individual &
Family-focused therapyCBT - DBT - ACTEMDRHealth psychology (chronic
health issues or pain management)CADCMarriage and Family
