Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Health Insurance Member
Service Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and excellent service to members through inbound
calls
Assist callers with Individual Health Plan inquiries, benefit
questions, and plan comparisons
Document all interactions within the Customer Relationship
Management platform with clarity and professionalism
Required Qualifications:
Passion for helping people and demonstrated success in complex
issue resolution
Experience entering/updating data in electronic systems
Proficient computer navigation and typing skills
Ability to learn quickly and consistently follow processes
Proven ability to get results and thrive in a dynamic
environment
