Weekly Pay Range - $2088 To $2320 Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift, 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30), every other weekend Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: 2 years of ICU experience License: Valid license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias - Experience with multi-system organ failure - Proficient in arterial line and central lines management - Continuous IV sedation - Ability to titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips - Experience with BiPAP/CPAP - Management of ventilated patients - Interpretation of ABGs - Suctioning and isolation precautions Job Description: - Work across various ICU units including Burn, Trauma, Medical, Surgical, Neuro, and Cardiac Care Units - Handle patient ratios of 1:2 up to 1:5 - Mandatory float facility requires flexibility to work in various units as needed within a specified radius - Follow scheduling guidelines including a maximum of 5 requested time off days, with restrictions around weekends and holidays - Participate in a 24-hour orientation program This role outlines a robust opportunity for experienced ICU nurses.
