Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Interventional Radiology - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Interventional Radiology position requiring IR/cath lab and critical care experience as well as BLS and ACLS certifications. Responsibilities - Work in the diagnostic radiology department within a hospital setting - Interventional Radiology and cath lab procedures are performed - Monday through Friday 8-hour day shifts from 07:00 to 15:30 - Position includes on-call responsibility 2-3 times per week and rotating weekend call for emergency cases - 13-week travel assignment - Provide nursing care for patients during IR and cath lab procedures - Expected to respond to emergency cases during on-call shifts including nights and weekends - May be required to assist in related critical care procedures as needed Requirements - Active RN license - Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Interventional Radiology or cath lab - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross - NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification - Experience with basic critical care nursing such as in the ER or ICU - Completion of DCI/BVP certification (can be completed via Relias, Healthcare Staffing Hire, or CDC) Benefits - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-597594.
