Job Description:
The Department of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery of the
University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Illinois
Hospital and Health Sciences System is seeking a fellowship-trained
Microvascular Head and Neck Oncologic Surgeon to join our growing
faculty. This is a full-time faculty position, with tenure-track to
be determined commensurate with interest. We are seeking faculty
with experience in microsurgery, in addition to extirpative,
reconstructive, and robotic surgery to join our dynamic and growing
clinical academic practice. Fellowship training in head and neck
ablation and microvascular reconstruction is required. As part of
the largest medical school in the US, those interested in pursuing
clinical or translational research will find a supportive
infrastructure and diverse patient population. Duties and interest
to include providing direct patient care, supervising residents and
medical students, and pursuing clinical or translational research.
Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in
Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. The base salary range for
this position is $215,000 to $300,000, based on rank and in
addition to supplemental compensation. For fullest consideration,
