Job Description:
The Northwestern Specialists for Women , a highly respected,
academically connected private practice, is expanding and seeking a
full-time OB/GYN Physician to join our 11-provider team. For
decades, our board-certified physicians, many with academic
appointments at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of
Medicine , have delivered exceptional care across the full spectrum

we can meet increasing patient demand while maintaining our gold

high-risk obstetric patients including multiples, advanced maternal

deliveries exclusively at Northwestern’s Prentice Women’s Hospital.
Full-Scope GYN: Expertise in managing abnormal Pap smears,
irregular bleeding, fibroids, incontinence, and more, with
minimally invasive surgical capabilities including uterine ablation
and operative hysteroscopy in our state-of-the-art office suite .
Supportive, Collegial Culture: No hierarchy—equal call
distribution, collaborative partners, and shared dedication to
quality care. Predictable, Balanced Schedule: Monday–Thursday
8:00–5:00, Friday 8:00–4:00 Night float call Q6 or better, no
weekend or evening office hours Approximately 700 deliveries
annually Modern Practice Tools: Office procedures include NSTs,
ultrasounds, hysteroscopies, cystometrograms, sonohysterograms, 3D
mammograms, and Femtouch—all performed in office. Compensation &
