About the Facility Location The facility is located in Chicago, Illinois. About the Clinician's Workday The schedule is full-time, 27-40 hours per week, with 4 hours of admin time from home on a day off and potential Saturday hours. No call is required. Patient load is approximately 6-8 per four-hour session (12-16 per day) across all ages, including children and adults. The practice uses Athena EMR, and RN/MA support is provided; additional providers vary by location. Candidates must hold an IL license and DEA/CSR, and bilingual Spanish fluency is required. COVID or flu vaccination is preferred. A general practitioner is also acceptable. Credentialing takes 30-45 days.
