negotiable based on experience. Sign-on or relocation bonuses of up
to $10,000 for full-time roles and $5,000 for part-time positions,

to obtain or renew these certifications. Key Responsibilities Our
Hygienists are tasked with providing direct dental care and related
services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist, as
well as offering general support to the office. Deliver
compassionate and high-quality care to every patient. Provide
direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays,
sealant and fluoride application, and other related procedures
under the general supervision of a dentist. Ensure excellent
customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care.
Educate patients and their families on proper oral hygiene
practices. Evaluate patients' dental conditions and needs,
reviewing their medical histories. Adhere to all governmental
regulations and organizational standards. Guide patients and their
families through the entire treatment process. Assist with dental
and periodontal charting as needed. Take x-rays and document them
in patient charts when necessary. Provide memorable experiences for
patients by demonstrating compassion and understanding.
Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good
standing. CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including
hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire). We value teamwork,
