13-Week Temp-to-Hire Outpatient 340B Pharmacy Indiana Soliant
Health is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a
13-week temp-to-hire opportunity in an established outpatient 340B
pharmacy in Indiana . This is the perfect role for a
leadership-minded pharmacist ready to step into a PIC role or

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM 4:30 PM Tuesday:
8:30 AM 6:30 PM Friday: 8:30 AM 12:30 PM No weekends! Script
volume: ~100 prescriptions/day Duration: 13 weeks with strong
potential for direct hire Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily
pharmacy operations and supervise staff Ensure full regulatory
compliance and manage medication distribution Provide clinical and
operational leadership in a 340B pharmacy environment Foster a
collaborative, patient-focused atmosphere Requirements: Active
Indiana Pharmacist license in good standing Experience in pharmacy
management or strong interest in advancing into a PIC role 340B
program experience preferred Excellent leadership, organizational,
