- Perform and document accurate initial and ongoing assessments to
evaluate patient conditions and needs. - Develop and implement
individualized care plans in collaboration with the
interdisciplinary team to address identified patient needs and
goals. - Administer medications accurately and appropriately as
ordered, monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions
as necessary. - Supervise and guide nursing personnel in delivering
safe, therapeutic, and quality patient care, ensuring adherence to
policies and procedures. - Provide patient and family education
about the care plan, medications, procedures, and other relevant
