Surgical First Assistant Location: Harvey, IL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,216 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: OR Tech First Assistant Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: OR Tech First Assistant Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum years of experience required in specialty License: Must have valid state RN, LPN/LVN, and CNA licenses in hand Certifications: NBSTSA Must-Have: CSFA, labor and delivery, and obstetric experience required Description: CSFA with labor and delivery and obstetric experience is required. 24-hour call coverage is expected on weekends. Previous charge experience is preferred. Experience with a patient ratio is required. Charting system experience is preferred, especially with Epic. Community hospital experience is a plus. All allied positions must possess state or national certification and/or licenses. Float and call requirements apply as needed. Requests for block scheduling or special schedule considerations must be discussed during the interview. Level 1 trauma experience is required for this position.
