Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: Registered Nurse, Oncology Location: Kellogg Cancer Center - Highland Park, IL Full Time | 40 hours/week Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-6pm (10 hour shifts) What you will do: Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for patients in the Kellogg Cancer Center Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care Administer chemotherapy, medications and blood products Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience What you will need: Licensure: Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure, required. Education: Associate's in Nursing, required . Bachelor's in Nursing, strongly preferred Certification: Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross, required. OCN/ONS provider card preferred. Experience: Oncology and/or Outpatient Infusion Center experience preferred .
