1-2 weeks per month, schedule is open -Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm
-Board Certified Diagnostic with Neuroradiology Fellowship or BC
Neuroradiology -Active Illinois license or IMLC. -Creds 60-90 days
or TEMP Approvals with a completed application pending review
